Guisado Argentino de vaca Yo he preparado una mañana este estofado, porque tenia mucha hambre , siempre pensando en el exquisito estofado de cordero que hace Didi, para el afortunado Sir David. (algun dia Diana tendras que preparar una olla bien grande para todos los de RR!!) Bueno si alguien quiere la receta es igual, que otros estofados, pero con carne de la pierna de la vaca... Hay que tomarse un tiempo para cocinarlo y hacer que todos los sabores se hagan uno... pero es extraordinariamente exquisito. Tengan todo un buen dia... ... y muchas gracias por sus comentarios.
