morning all :o)
well i believe everyone will know its mothers day so this is dedicated to all the mothers living around the world for being so special .
My mother passed away on november the 26 th 2005.
I loved her deeply; now she's simply gone.
All my life I'd known that I was loved,
Living in the circle of her arms.
I can't believe her love is not somewhere,
So strong it was, so much a part of me.
I feel it in the harsh salt of the sea
And in the stinging sadness of the wind.
I ride the waves along the rock-strewn shore.
No one watches me with fear and pride.
Now among the stars I am alone.
In her heart I had my only home.
i did`nt get to see a lot of work yesterday ,busy day but will catch up today :o)

Wonderful dedi Mick. My mother passed away 15 years ago and i still miss her badly.
I love the thought that I get more than one day dedicated to me each year. Our Mother's Day is still a few months off but for now, I'll pretend I'm in the UK and being honored today as well. BTW, I had 2 mothers and 2 fathers (neither were "step-") and I lost one of my mothers 18 years ago this month. My other mother is very ill and I fear I will lose her soon. Living without a mother is a vulnerable way to live... This is a fabulous selectively colored photo. The postwork and framing are excellent and you have displayed true artistic skill with this.
Beautiful, Mick. My mom's been gone almost 7 years, once in a while I still feel the urge to pick up the phone and call her. Thanks for the flower and those wonderful words!!

A beautiful dedication (take care), I always like selective coloring, and this one is excellent!! I was a bit puzzled by your Mothersdays upload, because in Holland we celibrate that on the 2nd sunday in May!! A check on internet learned me that many countries are celebrating mothersday on a different day. Thanks for sharing and putting some memmories in my mind!! Have a very nice day too take care Henk
Wow! He says standing back in amazement, this is one of your best ever Mick, not only the capture of the beautiful flower, but for the postwork and wonderful words. The selective colouring, the frame and out of frame, you have done fantastic. The words just go to make this an upload to remember, one that is going straight to my favourites. Top notch mate. Bravo!!!!! 1981 when I lost my mom and not a day goes by that you don't think about your mother for one reason or another.
