Description
This is the river that divides Puerto Vallarta east and west. I took this looking upriver just before it empties into the ocean. I did some postwork, giving it the gauzy effect.
I also used this in my Wrtier's post of last night, check it out if you like.

this is cool looking what you did . like a imprissive painting of the 1890's
Lovely , like a painting , excellent work ! Ana
I was thinking along the lines of amlondono. It has that Impressionist painting quality to it. Very lovely image!
Excellent work.
Hmmmmmmm ... looks to be a slightly different version of the same image! Cool postwork on both.
Very nice job here! dreamy looking... and the water looks excellent center point I must say.
Very Nice Blur FX in this one!!!
Cool effect.
Great mood with this postwork. Nice sunny colors.
great work:)
What a nice serene and fresh looking capture, Marilyn. Nice and warm, there.
the haze makes you focus more on the water which in turn leads you through the pic .this is great marilyn really love it :o) mick
Interesting use of filters to give an impressionistic simulation. Nice. Mike
so soft dreamy and beautiful!!
Neat postwork Marilyn, I liked yesterday's version as well. I'm not sure which I like the best as they are both very good. I do like the effect that you have created, I kep saying to myself it's about time I got into doing some postwork myself, but I never find the time. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
Oh Marilyn, this is beautiful and dreamy! I love the hazy, fuzzy focus of it coupled with the brilliant and lively color! This is a gorgeous shot, and definitely a favorite of mine. You have an incredible eye for this kind of stuff and you capture it and work it beautifully. This is fantastic work! Your gallery is great, and this is a great addition to it!
Good Lawd, I thought my eyes had finally given out on me until I read your narrative about the gauzy effect, which is excellent in this postworked capture, Marilyn. Really love the ripple effect of the lazy river.
Very Nice Work!!!
