Description
Ok here's what the page finally turned out like. Thanks for the comments on my work flow I didn't show too much but this page did take a long time to do. So more to come, Is our little angel dead well you'll just have to come back LOL.
SCRIPT:
She looked at the light,
and through this was a
Doorway to a new life.
She was afraid, not because
Of the dangers she was
about to fly into, but
because she was letting
go of all that she knew.
We all have to face this
one day, and that’s when
Our lives really do begin.
Ok into
The light
We go.

I really like this page. the art is perfect, the light effect is fantastic and I love the way you show made that X-ray effect in the final panel.
exceptional work and scifi
The lighting does well here. Blue cast on the characters is a very good effect! I really like the page flow. Excellent construction!
Great composition. Very good render. Cool special effect.
This page is awesome. All the panels make the overall composition solid. Very scary machine. The type in the upper right corner of the page is a little hard to read. I mean I can decifer it visually but reading it against the detailed background makes me squint. Maybe a 1 to 2 point drop shadow would've helped.
Excellent finished work and love the layout and POV's. Excellent...
Beautiful work!
Into the light, indeed. Another classic moment of truth in all religions, but I think you can claim a genuine first with having an angel go through it - usually it's us mere mortals who have to do so. And it feels utterly convincing that even an angel would be afraid. Superb storytelling!
I don't see her dying so easily but I love the tilt on the camera in the final panel really gives the reader a feeling of being pulled in.
Wonderful page - great graphic artwork
Really nice work Midnight.
