I did this for my best friend in the world. We have been through thick and thin together and she is very dear to me. So when she asked me to put her boyfreind on a leash in this piece, I did! lol Well not exactly, but Robrose had a necklace that made a fabulous collar,so close enough. Thanks for any and all comments/critiques in advance. Always appreciated.

Although this image has great qualities, namely for the poses and textures, I consider that it is very far from your best. First, I do not understand if the figures are in shallow water (and the big cat perhaps do not like water, as the smaller ones don't) or not. The problem being that, anyway, Poser, Daz Studio are based on a Obj structure that do not authorize refraction index (this is artificially set to 1.0), thus giving an unrealistic look of objects which are in water, but seen from the air. If you want people in a pond, you have to modify in Photoshop the part of the objects which are inside water to get a beleivable aspect. Another point, the architectural background is seen straight from front, and this MUST be avoided (in Europe, if you send a comic project to a publisher and if there is a single panel in the test pages which is seen just from front, the project may be discarded). Anyway try to get at least some oblique view.

Hmmm, I'm thinking that's shadow, not water - your lighting is a bit off because of the direction it's hitting. But I love the arrangment and the set up. Petting a favorite pet, I would have liked to see her kneeling and leaning forwards him more, both hands cupping his face, with hers expressing her pleasure in him, you know the look, that, "Ohhh, my handsome kitty cat, yes, that's a nice boy.." look - one that would make him turn his head into her purring.
