Description
Illusia is a planet of mystery. What you see is not always how things are. The planet's surface is mostly a gaseous mixture, yet structures are able to be anchored securely without floating around ! This 3rd colony will soon be abandoning Illusia because the red sun giant Honus is threatening to destroy all life as it's radiation penetrates the atmosphere and it begins to die.

A stunning render Keith, wonderful reflections coupled with great design work. Unusual and interesting surface on the torus as well. I see you're finding out what a great object the torus is, it's also my favourite. Interesting words to accompany the image as well ... sounds like the start of an epic, well done my friend ... Tony :-)
I like your idea of work and very fantastic idea, surealist and original ! Excellent ! Good day :)
Very unique work, love the colors that really do look like gases seeping through the surface of the planet...your writing fits the image very well...very well done!
This is a fantastic image...definitely worth multiple viewings. Great story as well, a bit sad, which is always excellent when coupled with science fiction.
Thanks for all of your encouraging comments. Tomorrow's render continues the saga of Illusia...
