Oh my ... I am sorry but I have a feeling this pelican is flashing the seagulls ... I am sorry again! Ha ha ha, I am so sorry three times ... I can't stop laughing... nordy pelican! Great and wonderful shot!
Welcome to 'Rosity!! I've heard a little about you from Jeff and I'm glad you've joined the party! Very nice capture of this Pelican showing the gulls who's who. And a belated Happy Birthday to Jeff. Next year I'll remember . . . maybe. lol! Again, excellent catch of this big guy!
A super capture and he does look to be herding the seagulls. I tried to get a snap of a pelican while I was over in Perth and it wasn't until the last day when I was off to the airport that one came close enough so you can guess it was a very hurried shot which I will post sometime. Looking forward to seeing more of your captures.
welcomeeeeeeeeeee
Excellent capture!! Thx for sharing!!

I was perusing your wonderful gallery and encountered this photo of a really active pelican (not covered in oil as many are in the US Gulf region) ... it's wonderful Brigitte. Awesome work!
