Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

Very interesting pic. Great name for a creature who cares for her young!
Fantastically detailed capture, the babies on the back took me a while to spot..taking the kids out for a walk
puh, a real big spider ;) Have a nice day! Adrian

Great capture, these buggers are fast..... Karen :)
Creepy and quite cool all at the same time. Awesome capture!
outstanding work.. well done. pretty cool you have the babies as well.
Lee, this is great. I had understood that the babies stay on the mother to get nurishment before they went off on their own but the mother suffered. Sometimes wasting away in short order. This mon looks really healthy and I don't see too many children hanging on so maybe she turned the tables and snacked on the little ones when they wouldn't mind!
Excellent capture. This is amazing. Bunny
The love of mother and superb image
That is quite a large spider you have there Lee, the rubber on the end of the cane is a good guide to the size of mother spider. Excellent clarity and detail, a superb capture. Bravo!!!!!
wow, sorry for the delay, but this one deserve more comments, what a super catch, and the depth is wonderful as well......
Was hard to look at .......I am terribly afraid of spiders... but nice?! shot
