Description
This was taken some time ago and I like the image.
There was about 20 musicians playing at the coffee shop. They do this every Saturday from 11AM to 2PM. It all free and the band is just local people that walks into the shop sit down, play, and hang on. It all cajun music. They good too. I keep seeing this lady with a book. It did not get to my brain what she was doing intill I saw she moved to a sit I can walk up behind her. I was shock. Here I am takeing photos thinking it hard and now I meet some one doing it even harder by drawing them. This is the best shot of her drawing.
thanks for looking and commenting; votes too I thank all of you

Great drawing and capture!! Thanks for sharing!
It is the old fashioned way and thank heavens for that!! All the ways are good ones, we find what works for us and go for it. I love that you got this shot, though, she's good and now she's famous all over the world!!!
Great drawing and excellent candid capture!!!
An excellent capture of a "different kind" of Artist at work. And a very good one at that.
Impressive photo Jocko! Neat to think of you the artist cpaturing another artist capturing the muscial artists!!!
oh she did not know i was takeing her photo . I showed her and she moved but I still got shots of her drawing thought the window. This show was by a door opening case
As you said, some taking photo with pencil. Love the fact she did not know it. One fine candid shot Jock.
Great design of a violonist and very great shot !!! Cool and BRAVO !!!
Gosh, she must have drawn FAST! If I was trying this I'd end up with only stick figures at the time the band played "Good Night, Irene..." :-) Wonderful composition. Really nice shot.
Excellent shot, very interesting!

Love this, makes a multi-media photo, LOL! Not often you get to capture another artist at work!
A great shot and her art is awesome.
Terrific focus, composition and mood atmosphere in this concept, Jock! And, instead of a pencil or charcoal stick like in the old days, she's using a pen! What confidence!
I love the shot and I am not sure that she isn't using an eversharp lead pencil!
