Not exactly ! but this was a view from the bell tower (campanile) of the Magnificent Cathedral (Duomo)Santa Maria del fiore. Florence. The Film "A room with a view" was filmed here in Florence. All comments welcome, thanks for taking a look.

Great pov Alan, I wonder did you take another three, one on each side? Great depth to this, reaching out to the haze on the distant hills. Nice to see it from this perspective but I would not want to live there, I would feel closed in but the same can be said of any City. Wonderful work. Bravo!!!!!

Fantastic shot! I like how you were able to capture the haze on the mountains as well. I agree with JeffG about not wanting to live there -- such close quarters! Well done!!! :^)
