Description

Nikon 7900 pocket camera - hand held image. This little Moth does not really look a lot like a Moth. The body is not fuzzy and it is much more slender than is common. I had never seen one before but it only took a took a bit of research to find out what it is. I used the term "White tipped black flying insect" when I googled it and lo and behold, that is what it is, lol. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee

Fantastic shot of the moth Lee, the back of the spider isn't bad either, a two for one shot. I have just been reading up a bit about this 'White Tipped Black', it showed quite a few photo's and I don't think any were better than yours is. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Beautfiful, fantastic macro shot. I'm so glad your eye goes straight to the moth and not that spider lol which he's unusual too.

Great picture. Beautiful moth. I didn't notice the spider until I read one of the reviews above. You have a regular zoo at your place!
