Description


Salinas Grandes on Peninsula Valdes is the lowest point in South American (-40m below sea level). Around the last turn of the century salt mined here was hauled to Puerto Piramide for shipment by sea. This picture was taken in December 2003. Thanks for the comments to my last upload.
