This is my granddaughter, Lily. The state of NJ is turning the tables on abused women, by allowing an abuser access to this child by letting his mother have so-called "temporary custody". They said my daughter was in an abusive situation(which she was attempting to leave)and that the place(rented to her and her abuser, by the abuser's mother when this woman knew it was in disrepair)~was not safe-she was trying to leave that place with her child, but, damn if the police weren't cupable in allowing a zoned out "man" to take the baby to his mother when the police were called by my daughter when my daughter was being abused; then they would not allow my daughter to take her baby from this woman-then arrested my daughter for trespassing when she wouldn't leave this woman's house without her child!!!!! This is only part of what happened. The heartache is totally devastating. I will say to all abused women: be careful when it comes to a choice and you don't want to loose your child in C.M. NJ, then you might as well not call the police for help!!!!!!
