Description

I've downloaded some new filters (new to me) from Alien Skin. They are awesome and can convert a photo into a relastic oil, watercolor, or my fave impasto. This one is a photo I took in Paris a few years back. A film crew was filming a period piece by the river and I snapped a few shots. Perfect subject to create a painting.
