Description
Somewhere between Yosemite and Kings Canyon national park, we had a short break for a ice-cream!!
In this little town there was a Saturday morning flea-market with some typical characters wandering around. Please forgive me, but I don’t remember the name of this little town!!!!
It was a very nice contrast with all the beauty of the national parks!!
Have a very nice day
Henk

Fascinating image with a lot to look at. Are these Amish people? I like the many objects and the intense scrutiny by the humans.
Seems that fishing pole is getting a good look from one of the customers. I'm smiling at the question about them being Amish. I guess small town folks do stand out and for those people that don't stop on their travels to see these wonderful places, these men would look pretty odd. :-)
And subway is just in the background for a fast meal. I haven't seen someone wearing suspenders in a long time. Kewl capture of these Hill Billies men... Aloha
Wonderful shot! Wonderful PORTRAIT!!!!!!!!!!! BRAVO!!!! ROBY ;o)
Your shot is wonderful, Henk. I would have loved to stand and watch what these guys were making. A wonderful work. I like it a lot! Diane.
Excellent capture!
I live in this region of California. Probably a event involving our mining history. Could be any number of communities depending on the route you took. Maybe Mariposa, Coarsegold, Three Rivers, Auberry ..... Great capture of the moment. Definately a local shot. I see lots of this kind of thing.
