Salute! I used to go to Martin, Michigan in the late 60's and early 70's to watch NHRA. Got to see all the past stars face to face every Saturday night they raced. From Shirley Cha Cha Muldowney to Big Daddy Don Garlits, Don Prudhomme, T.V. Tommy Ivo, The Chi-Town Hustler Funny Car, Wild Willy Borsch's roadster (drove it one handed),Roger Lindamood's Color Me Gone rainbow painted car, the Little Red Wagon (1/4 mile wheelie!) and on and on. I hear the old Jan & Dean song: "Burn up that quarter mile" ...... Great salute pic! T.P.
