Description
These shots were taken at Wight's Nursery in Lynnwood, Washington.
You'll be so impressed - I actually took a picture of the sign that was with these roses, so I would remember what they were called. The variety really is named "Julia Child."

Full view is best! I've made this nice and big, so you'll be able to see each of these shots at full size.

Strange, the Julia Child I recall from television is no way as lovely as her namesakes. I see no resemblance whatsoever. In any case, the colors, textural and lighting effects in these roses are superb, although I feel, as usual, you went too overboard on the full view. It just isn't that I can't see 85% of it anyway, but that the textures lose their soft blending and get over pixelated.
Beatiful Rose very well photographed!
Beautiful rich looking yellow, gold roses. You have captured them superbly.
Gorgeous work!!
Gorgeous yellow rose in three version. Some of the rose name so simple some makes us wonder what is behind a name.
Magnificent capture again!!:) You come up with great flowers!!!
i just love yellow roses there`s just something about them ,excellent captures mick
Stunning photos, Tara! Maybe "Julia Child" because they're as yellow as that real butter she always used...? ;o)
All three are great, but I like the first best... there's something about all the potential and promise in a rosebud that's simply unbeatable in my view.
Wow those are simply amazing. beautiful flower and shot but I am not so sure about the name, it makes me hungry :)
