Very impressive rendering!
The material and shape of the bulp is great.
Thanks guys. The reflections make the most of the appearance. The materials are really very basic shaders. Little diffuse noise and anisotropy in the heel of the bulb and just a basic glass texture with some fresnel thrown into the mix. I used a really great HDRI map that I purchased from HDRI Studio. Sorry have to take back that freebies part... It seems the low res maps cost $20 and a sampler pack of 6 maps $72. Apologies for the incorrect info.
