Elevation 9538, Ellery Lake in Yosemite NP, Tioga pass
Many thanks for all your kind comments on my "Monolake" posting, and from this unique Lake we drove into the real high mountains. We followed the road (Tioga pass) to the Yosemite national park .
At a elevation of 9538 ft we reached Ellery lake which was free of ice but still there was a lot of snow end of May!!
