Scottys Castle a place to relax in Death Valley!!
Scottys Castle an unique Oasis at the edge of Death Valley, where you can relax sitting in a shaded area with a view on: Death Valley, California Fan Palm trees and the Castle itself (please see the story enclosed with my yesterdays posting).
You can visit the Castle and there is a small collection of old cars as well!!

Weren't you nervous about the scorpion and snakes? I dislike getting too comfortable in the desert. A couple trips back I was just sitting and enjoying the view of the desert floor from a hill and noticed just in time a tarantula crawling towards me and only about 4 inches from my hand. The castle looks great! love these shots!I might have to go check this out.
