Great POV, I like the way the story is progressing. David is evolving into a excellent charactor.
Something tells me David's getting ready to use some Zen whoop ass!
Just like the deadly "quiet samurai" in Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai" : immobile, unmoved, and just about to erupt into furious action. The very absence of movement and fear in David really raises the tension to breaking point here!
If I were them I'd definitely be concerned about anyone other than Lucifer not running from them. I love the colors and shadows you really capture that comic feel.
