Description
Something a little different. I used SSS for the little hand and tried to go for a unusual effect. Is she human, alien....I dunno I just thought it looked cool.

Marvellous idea, Gary and beautifully executed!!!!
it's looks fantastic... a superb render.
Great lighting and composition.
Wonderfully elegant. The SSS on the baby's skin is fantastic and the DOF really sets off the foreground. Superb!
This is very cool - and the baby's fingers don't look like they are 'floating.' (smile)
that's very nice.. i like the materials.
Fantastic, there's a great softness in the quality of this picture.
Great Idea and great light! Perfect :-)
a very thought provoking image luv it very well done.
Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very creative - nice work!
Wonderful idea. The SSS effect is quite strong, and suggests a little alien girl to me. Or a baby! Whatever, this is a fantastic scene.
Brilliant idea and expressions!!!
Very sweet one! Love the contrasts and that child's skin is amazing!
Simple and affective scene. It is enigmatic, makes you want to know more. I think the textures are great and the out of focus background works well, because the eyes primarily are drawn to the hands. Initially looking at this image i actually thought of the PC game Bioshock. The little sister holding hands with the big guy that protects them. Good work.
wonderful image
That reminds me so much of the Bioshock opening sequence! ^__^ A Little sister reaching for one of the Big Daddy's. Awesome, awesome image!
Enchanting! ...and excellent lighting!
I admire this work with the materials and the composition of the image. It is excellent. Bravo!
Very cool. The little hand's texture/lighting is great. Awesome stuff.
Wonderful scene!!!
Excellent ! Good day :)
this is great kinda reminds me of this game for exbox 360
David and Goliath becoming friends ?
the sss effect gives this a really alien feel imho:) the simple composition works superbly!!
Nice and clean, just what it should be. 5+++
cinematic - as are lots of your works, but this is yet different in a new dimension and waaay nice.
Very creative use of textures. Good render also, almost looks like a photo.
It does look cool!!! Awesome textures - great image :)
love this...the sss on that babys arm and hand look fantastic...well done
