The colour where there.. but not made by pc :P there are oil pencils there.. I like to mix pen markers, graphite and oilpencils :) You should see my house walls covered with all this :P

They are called so.. they are like wax pencils (those used by kids especially at primary schools) just made by other components, and the effect over not smooth papers are really cute :) (My English is crap so probably they are called totally different than I said in english translation :P)
WOW!!! I'd give this one a 100 if I could!! It might need a little bit more line-variety, though. ;o) Anyway, could you all be thinking of PrismaColours? They're pencil-shaped, but have oil painting-like characteristics. :)

Hey...wax pencils used by kids are called crayons in the US (point to be made-don't say you use crayons as I like using them myself,but you'll regret saying so-trust me)...I like this image,but SuperIla's comments got my attention big time:)
