Description
My friend/sister-in-law, Cindy, is growing dahlias. I bet you know how happy I was to have an opportunity to take pictures in her beautiful garden! Cindy and her husband have a wonderful place - it's such a joy to spend a relaxing afternoon there.
This one looks to me like it's endlessly unfolding . . . that there will never be an end to those beautiful petals!

Oh Tara, such marvelous macro... what colors and light... incredible... great shot my friend!
Wow Tara this one just leaps off the page! What a great presentation against the dark background, each petal is so sharp that it almost looks 3D! Outstanding work my friend! Hugs :)
Absolutely stunning. :-)

Gorgeous
gorgeous flower macro
Fine POV, lighting and clarity depicted of the multipetaled flower captured against the omnipresent black background, Tara. Since I have several shots of the same species in my possession, I knew this was a dahlia, and a lovely one at that, the moment I cast eyes upon it.
