Description
This was done as an outfit concept for a project a friend of mine is doing. I did several outfits and this was not one of the ones he picked. However, I kind of like it for some reason and may use it in a future image, so I thought I would share and see if I could get some feedback on where I need to go with it...
The name was given by my god-daughter, I just changed whip to wip :)

I love everything about it but the side panels for the hat. They don't look as natural as the rest of the outfit. They don't drape well. I love the title, too (both versions).
