Great atmosphere plus excellent posing and overall scenery composition well fitting to the theme !!
Pretty nice job. It almost looks 100% authentic. The only thing I suggest is to make the forward soldier less conspicuous by using subtlety.

I agree, that first soldier does look out of place for some reason, I think it's his stance, he looks like he's standing on one leg while checking his gun :P Overall, very nice image, great atmosphere, and of course the look of is almsot photographic, which is what you were probably trying for :D

Wow, this is great! I'm admittedly a sucker for almost anything winter, but this is exceptional - very realistic atmosphere, with convincing snow textures in a compelling scene. Nice stuff!!
