Description
I thought about putting this under the "Horror" genre.
This is another shot from MY garden!
This might LOOK like a beautiful white morning glory, but this is actually bindweed. It grows along the ground, climbs telephone poles, trees, wires, anything it finds it will cover. As it grows, anyplace it touches the ground, it will root and spread.
It has a distinctive smell, which I would recognize anywhere. If you leave it alone you can't smell it, but as soon as you crush the leaves, yanking it out by the roots wherever it is found, doing your part to save the planet from being covered in the stuff, you can smell it. It smells like hard work. It smells like a waste of time and energy. It smells like futility. It smells like a full recycling bin with no room left for anything else.
I've tried to re-train myself to think of this as a beautiful plant, to no avail. It's just evil incarnate.
Isn't it pretty?
