Description
An East window in a side chapel at Saint Chad's, Rochdale Parish Church. There has been a church on this site since the 12th Century. The first vicar, Geoffrey, the Dean of Whalley, was appointed in 1194. The Church is situated on Sparrow Hill overlooking the Town Hall and the River Roche.
