I've always preferred Bryce's DOF setup to Vue because it is so easy. I select my mesh, go to the setting and choose the mesh as the focal point and amount of blur.
But NOW I've found the option on the camera where I can do about the same thing in Vue. So one more practice to make sure I understand.
Thanks for stopping.

Excellent DOF, Cie!!! Love the little butterfly!!
Beautiful image! Superb colour and DOF! 5+
Beautiful, please tell how you did this with the camera.
pretty:):)!!! I love DOF!
Interesting work, well done!
Looks like you have NOT understood at all and need a lot more practice! :-)))) LOL, I LOVE dof and this is awesome - I just want to see more like those! Brilliant pieces Cie.
DOF looks great - nice work!
Beautiful!
Fantastic world. Excellent!
Yes, it's that easy in Vue too! And it's very well done in this image. The scale of the trees is very small, guess this is intended.
It's a great use of the camera functions I like this it has a magical look to it like a world in miniature
Fine picture. The DOF is well done. Personally I use the Photoshop CS lensblur filter (with the Vue z-channel as source) most of the time. It's not always perfect but very time-saving and much more flexible than the rendered versions. Excellent work.
