oooooo ... awesome!!!
It took me a moment, but yes, I see it - describing the lashes did help me to find a starting point though!! Excellent textures and I love the tones given by the IR. Great shot Kort. xx
I just love the peel and curl of the bark. The different textures and different layers of it. Marvelous capture.
I see it ! but it took me a moment just as for BibbyBear ! excellent shot !
you never quite know what you may find when photographing trees.. nice capture
Oh my, now you are getting like Errol aka Sharky. But, I do admit to seeing a face too. Actually, a couple of places. Maybe a wood-nymph on the left under the lash. Nice find. Aloha
Would have loved to see your face if it had winked at ye!!! I can see the face very clearly!!! Super shot Kort. Have a lovely evening too.. Diane.
Beautiful work:)
Not sure what to make of its expression... :) but nice textures, and above all, a very nice find.
Beautiful, but I cannot see the face. Anyway, the texture is gorgeous!
Cooooool, Puckered lips N-all. Great Eye
Excellent texture!
Great shot Kort...love the texture...could be mapped on to someones skin to look like rotting skin...
If you didn't hug the tree, you probably won't get a wink or a kiss ! Looks more like a sepia filter, than an IR. Nice texture shot ! ~Cheers~ :o)
Great catch!
WELL SEEN!!! ooooOOOOoooooo....kinda spooooky. :o)b itsumama
Gorgeous tones and details = was this in IR ?? Cheers.
Outstanding!! This is so cool...really looks like lashes. Would be freaky if the eyes opened, lol.
wonderful image and it did wink at me LOL
Looks like you were barking up the right tree on this capture, Kort. Love the peeling, molting and shedding, along with a myriad of various textures, going on with that trunk.
It took me a while, but I finally saw it! Very cool. (Thanks for the info on the trees!)
It is sleeping Ent! Excellent capture!!!
I love the eyelashes they have so much detail but she could do with a nose job to give her more beauty. Interesting capture.
I thought at first you were bored and watching peeling paint-haha.I hardly ever see these trees.very scarce here
I love the way you take the normal, mundane object and make it a thing of beauty. Great capture Kort!
WoW...this shot turned out pretty cool. Love the "faded " colors and a great subject.
