Description

The Flotilla is a gathering Place on each Planet/Reality where Ships from different Worlds time centers come together for a Joint venture into the Unknown to meet the Danger that is starting to happen Across the rift of time. There is an unrest afoot that is being felt not just across space, but time and dimensions as well. Each representative decided that Ships were better suited to travel dimensions since most Worlds has more water then land. Airships need fuel, so we had decided not to use them, but Balloons after we had made base camps on each world like this one. None of the advanced Civilizations have showed up yet with there new shiny ships that float above the water and many are looking forward to seeing them get here as only a handful of people have seen then before.
