Description

Nikon 7900 image. This image has been in my to-post list for almost 2 months. It kept getting shuffled to the back of the list because I was more excited about something newer than it. I decided to toss a coin and determine whether to post it now or take it off the list. Heads = Post won, lol. During the week this was taken, we had daily rain showers quite frequently. I managed to capture a variety of critters with water drops on themselves or near them. This immature Katydid is one of those. This one has quite a few water drops on his body in fact. Incredible shot. I never would have taken this for a katydid of any age. I love the detail. Excellent shot and I'm glad heads came up.

Glad that heads was a winner, sure looks cool, looks like she's been feasting on those leaves as well. Great colours, just love that matalic look. Spot on!!!
