She owned my heart
From the very start
Before she could even say a word
I wrap her little hand in mine
And it changes my life
My whole world is a better place
When I look into her face
I could be in a room
Talking with a 1,000 people
And when she spoke
It would be the only voice I heard

I am lucky to have 2 boys and 1 girl and I can tell you even though you have more things in common with the boys and you go do more boy things together there is just something about having a daughter. They just own a fathers heart. I saw this man just sit by the river for about a hour while his daughter played with the water. I could tell by the way he was with her she is his whole life.
