Description
A view of Kawau Island from Matakana near Warkworth, NZ. The island was the home of Governor Grey who introduced a number of Australian species into the area - Wallabies, kookabarra and various parrots. Some can occassionally be seen and heard on the mainland.
This view omits some desperately intensive beachside development just below the hill, done with all the spirit and subtltey that craven greed is known for.
