Description
Took a walk in the zoo with my buddy Dave today. So unfortunate to see most of animals and birds caged behind bars. Sometimes a flower has more freedom than anything else. Aloha and thank you for viewing

Wonderfoul light and colors.
wonderfull! lg. lordlotte
I agree with you Errol and I, personally, do not visit zoos as I get very upset seeing amimals out of their natural habitat. This is stunning. A wonderful shot!!
I know what you mean about zoos... I have a real hard time with them, I understand the intent, but it hurts my heart...to see those sad eyes behind bars... Nice flower Errol, it really is hard to take a shot in the bright daylight, maybe we should carry an umbrella for some shade?? LOL!!!!!!! Aloha...
The composition of the flower balances very well with the defussed background. Thank you for sharing. egmont
nice shot!
Gorgeous shade of orange!
Excellent shot with fantastic details. The colors are wonderful and the DOF is perfect. Superbly done!!
Gorgeous shot Errol and love the tiny shadows.
Excellent DOF, and clearnes, beautiful colors.
Incredible words and beautiful flower!! It saddens me to see these animals in such small places, however zoos do a lot of good things, and if we as humans are not careful it will be the only place very many species. Thanks for the powerful thoughts!!- Shawn
Delicate and graceful bloom, Errol. A very beautiful capture. I cannot visit the zoo ever, it upsets me too much to see caged animals and birds. I know that many zoos have breeding programs and do good work as well. Just the way I am Errol. This flower is free.... you are right. Splendid work. Diane.
Fabulous light - the colour and detail are superb !
