It certainly is big. When I first started posting on RR I had lots of trouble resizing correctly. It just comes with practice. You'll get it. As for this photo, its a lovely compo and pov. A sweet shot but its a bit blown out. Maybe adjust your exposure a bit.
It is a grand shot. We call this plant "love lies bleeding" in UK. It is one of my favorite plants. Stick with it this is great work. You will get the sizing right, I am certain.
