Description
Nikon 7900 image.
Another Ladybug image for you. This one had apparantely decided to investigate the stem of a ground bramble.
It presented a rather fuuny appearance as it tried to negotiate the hairy bristles. Instead of the typical low-to-the-ground body placement and bent leg scurring one normally sees, this little Lady had to stand on tip toes to make any progress. Each step was slow and deliberate. Gave me time to get several shots, lol.
Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

Looks like the path I've been on lately!!!!!! Superb image!!!!!
Wow, fabulous macro! I just adore ladybugs. The colors in this are beautiful. Wonderful shot!
Awesome capture...
Very nice! PaxSV
Excellent capture! Insects are so intelligent I couldn't imagine just fumigating or squishing them as I go along the way.
You always shot the most interesting macro pictures, Lee ! Excellent photo !
Amazing macro. fantastic details. poor little bug. LOL Very cute shot.
Such determination, not to simply fly to another branch! Great capture, fascinating peek. BJ
excellent macro shot, very well composed!
An adventure loving lady! Superb capture.
Talk about determination - did she ever get where she was going?
I bet this was great to watch. Sometimes insects do the strangest things. And so do snails...I have a fishhook cactus of fairly good size and every year I find at least one snail with a very low I.Q. impaled on top of this cactus. You got to wonder how he got all the way to the top and then you have to wonder if he didn't have a clue this was not a good idea way back when he started the climb??? Anyway, Really good, clear shot.
Very nice! Roby ;O)
Excellent!
Superb macro shot. Love the careful tip toeing to get over the bristles. Bunny
Superb work, indeed! :)
LOL Great find and capture Lee. :)
Excellent shot. I bet you did enjoy taking this one. Again, I enjoy the clarity of your work.
A rare shot indeed, first time I have seen a lady bug tip toe, like KathyM I am curious, did she get to the end? I am enjoying looking through your Gallery Lee, thanks for sharing your talented pictures with us.
