Well, now you know my sense of humor. This is just in time for orders to China for the coming season. I made it last christmas and it is helping out now ehn I am waiting for Carrara to finish a 78 hour render. It has been going 10:54 hours and has 26 to go. I'd like to have it done by tomorrow at noon in time for the rollout of the 787 in Seattle. Right now at 1.91Gb and 100% cpu in HT mode it doesn't look good. At 4 % complete it needed 1.75Gb of memory so I project it will run out of memory before it makes it to the needed additional 0.45GB. With 512Mb of real on my previous computer it could get to 2.2Gb but this one has never gone over 2.1Gb before. It has run out of memory and left a partial image making a 7000x7000 render. This one coming isn't that big it's just 2600x1800 or so but has skylight and indirect to light up some shadows. Victoria 4 openned up Carrara 5 last December. Here's hoping she can still make it to the party for a lumber baron.

have you tried a free application called C Cleaner? it will free up memory while all your stuff is processing.sounds like you will be ready for the holidays before the fact of 787's in Seattle
