Description
The elegant Zebra Longwing (state butterfly of Florida), absorbed in its daily task of nectar gathering.

Beautiful image and great colour.
very lovely and wonderful shot
The composition on this one is particularly pleasing, and I love the POV showing both the top and bottom of the wings. The light is just right - everything is bright enough to see all the details, and nothing is over exposed. A technical and artistic success! Beautiful image.
Gosh, the lantana is gorgeous. the butterfly too but I rather fancy the lantana.
Simple patterned b'fly feeding an gorgous colored flower bunch. Very good capture, so bright and cheerfull shot, like a square crop too.

Beautiful, just so beautiful.
Well, after my little jaunt to a local butterfly jungle today, I now know just how difficult it is to get a good shot of one of these little creatures but you have succeeded with ease here Harry. Lovely details and composition and such wonderfully vibrant colours. Great shot indeed. xx
