Description
I was going to take a picture of a newly bloomed rose and I noticed another tiny damselfly that just flew up and landed on a petal.so afterwards I grabbed a speed square that was handy to show the relative size of the leaf.substantiating the damsel being 1" or less.I got 4 shots and she left
thanks for viewing and any comments
I cropped so I could leave full size

Fantastic captured Richard!! Thnaks for the information and for sharing it with us!!! Hugs Ute
That does it! One short and skinny dude for sure!
Very tiny....Good eye and capture. Aloha
I knew I needed new glasses. I would have missed this tiny fellow. A super shot Richard and thanks for the tape for sizing as it gives you a better insight. Great macro.
Now I would have to take my glasses of then put back on then ask that damsel fly to move back a ways just to see her! You do wonderful work :)
Whoa! I cannot get over how tiny this thing is! I'm going to have to keep my eyes open and see if there is anything that small around here. I could just do a search and see what kinds live around her, too, but that makes way too much sense for me deal with!
Interesting macro shot..Great one! :)
Singular work!
This is an impressive shot. Great find indeed. Aloha
Your observations certainly make me more aware of life which might otherwise have passed me by Richard. I tend to take my camera to the pub and take about 91 shots and just store them for posterity! lol I will me going to a local beauty spot this weekend to see what nature has in store. Well done my friend! Steve :o)
Great capture...
Discovery is as much art as rendering. Innovation is when the two tricks combine.
