Description
Descending into an attack pattern at two thousand meters, these Dystopian Erinyes fast assault fighters are armed with an ordinance load out of 68 assorted missiles, rockets and bombs. Also armed with 25 guns, including 2 mounted to a rear facing tail-gun turret, this craft has more firepower than necessary for any sortie. Variable position wings and tail fins, complemented by boost flaps help with the extreme maneuverability of this craft.
Named after the Furies of ancient Greek legend, these Erinyes will unleash righteous vengeance on their targets.
Modeled and rendered in LightWave, background sky created in Vue. This mesh started out as a rejected concept that got out of hand. I just had to try and get as many missiles as possible without making this look totally ludicrous.

DAMMNNNN!!! One of those babies has enough ordinance on it to level a city by itself lol. Great looking model. Would love to see some closer shots and a fully textured version though. Well done! Hmmm I was thinking. With the payload on these fighters they look very offense oriented but I guessing their range of flight would be kind of low. It would be great if you had a mobile platform (kinda like your Goliath MST) from which they could be deployed.
Nasty looking, I wouldn't like to be underfire from a squad of those.

Very interesting fighter. And fits to the dystopian style quite well. With all those guns it looks nicely rugged, though it's true that you probably couldn't add more of them. :-)
