Description

This little waterfall actually had three distinct levels, but I wasn't willing to risk life and limb to get a shot of the lower level, so you'll have to make do with this shot. The "platform" at the top is actually the bridge across this creek. Horseshoe Creek is a tributary of Siouxon Creek, which is behind me in this shot. We had lunch here, then continued on our way toward Siouxon Creek Falls. Thanks for looking and any comments.

I love waterfalls, and this is a great one. Perfect shutter speed for the water and the greens are so refreshing. Great work.

very lovely and again you have done a wonderful job on the water. Good pov here - quite dramatic in fact.

Composition is right on as there is wonderful eye movement throughout. My only concern is the extreme highlight at the bottom left which needs a little toning down and I know we have talked about converting to B/W, as this photograph is a perfect candidate. Thank you for sharing. egmont

Dennis - I love his waterfall with it's many different layers that you have captured and ther is so much movement and motion to this one but I ask one question...... why not go down to the next level.... just for me!!!???? LOL - only joking, you're right not to compromise your safety and I'm sure it probably wouldn't be as interesting as this capture anyway. Fantastic!! xx
