I didn't slip taking the picture #4 because I was standing on the bank in the snow which you can see a little better in this, my next to last, (hears a sigh of relief...lol) Spring Thaw photo.

Ah, those zoom lenses on your last shot. I can see why you zoomed as those icicles would have facinated me too. This is a lovely shot, with the snow so white and thick and the water looking a creamy/green colour with the snow melt.
