Description
Sometimes called Cornflower and there is a very cool story behind that name, but most people call it Bachelor Button. Popped up from nowhere in my yard today.

Remarkable it is executed.
Beautiful colors and fantastic DOF. Excellent shot!
Beautiful colour and a nice shot!
Beautiful :)
I had a patch of these growing under my redwood tree in my front yard and the richness of the blue greeted me every evening when I came home from work. They are such happy flowers. I know that photographing them is a pain though because they catch the breeze so easily and because the centers are so much taller than the feathery width. This is a great shot and you are lucky to have them.
We call them bachelor buttons here. I love them - they're such a happy thing to have around! This is a great shot.
Great Colours... superb
