Just a little thought for the day, and a water lily from Fairchild Botanical Garden south of Miami. I remembered to expose for the highlights this time, and rather like the results. -----

BELLISSIMA !!!!!
I'm partial to lilies because that is the meaning of my name "Suzanne". This is a truly exquisite photograph. I, too, like the exposed highlights...gives it a unique look. In addition, I am so happy with the quote you chose for this one, it is perfect. Have you figured out that this is going to my favorites, Kort? Hugs, Suzanne
fantastic in color and contrast! lg. lordlotte

Oh! Kort.. How bonny is this lily, she seeks out the sunshine. A superb capture. Sensual and so lovely. Made my day to look :-) Diane.
Also stunning within this theme. Just beautiful.
Nice work and great thinking for the exposure, often times it makes all the difference in the world on the final image...Aloha!
terrific......!
Wow! I really love the vibrant colors here and the flower shadow is an added bonus. Simply amazing!
The colours are amazing! BJ
Amazing colors - the dark blue of the water really contrasts beautifully with the brightness of the flower & leaves. Lots to like about this image, though my favorite part is the way the shadow falls so perfectly on the leaf...
Kort, this one is super!
Wow...this is incredible.....
Absolutely stunning photo, wonderfully sculpted, i.e. the right time of the day, and masterful use of CS, if there was any post at all.
this is really perfectly beautiful
