I do like your sexier version better for sure, dial! On an odd note, it looks like she has glasses/goggles on her head?! Good design, sword props, outfit, pose, & setting! Plus, nice use of color in the image, too! P.S: Ignore "Drama King's" Negative Comment.
Let't hear it for certain 'obsessions' :-) I may start using Victoria 2 more myself in the future, since there is still a good bit of stuff out there made for that model.
