Description
This costume is one of the presets that come with the Kosmic Kostume Kreation Kit, but I nudged some of the pieces a bit to get something that reminds me a bit of the costume worn by Cosmic Boy of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Only this guy looks a bit more sinister, so maybe he's more like Cosmic King of the Legion of Super-Villains?
I've created so many characters, I've got to consider putting them all together somehow...
