Dutch Springtime: Blossom, Flooding, Blue Sky and a historical town
Yesterday we enjoyed a beautiful sunny Sunday with springtime temperatures in the first half of March!!
The historical town is Deventer, the floating river in front of the town is the river Ijssel. The lower part of the Deventer quays are already flooded. On this side of the river the willow trees are right in the middle of the river, because the inner-dike is flooded.
What kind of tree, loaded with flowers? Sorry I have no idea

Beautiful picture. The rich blue sky reflected in the water. The scenic historic skyline and the blossoming tree all working together to bring such a beautiful visual. Eventhough it is flooding the picture still relays a calmness. Wonderful photo.
