Thank you all for the flood of concerned e-mails inquiring after the health of the nearly drowned goose decoy.
In response, I am posting a photo I took of him a few days ago. As you can see, he is upright once more and languidly floating on calm waters. The only ill effects from his recent dunking seems to be a drooling problem... -----

Outstanding light and reflection!! Glad to see the little fellow is happily floating again. And that one drop is priceless. Great capture!
Indeed beautiful Kort!! Specially the tones with all the reflections my friend! Thank you JOE
My dear friend; Very Beautiful Photography. Excellent!! Many Congratulations!!
Wonderful POV and excellent light. I am so happy your goose decoy didn't have any horrible side effects from nearly drowning. I am sure a light cloth dabbed in the correct place will take care of the drooling problem. :o) You have a great sense of humor, too.
WOW! That's amazing! Well done! PaxSV
This is brilliant! From the tiny water droplet to the sky in the water....bravo!!

Absolutely fantastic! I had to look really closely at this one - I thought he was floating in the sky - the reflection is so perfect! I love it when water shows up on capture like silk or velvet and this certainly has! Glad to hear he survived his little mis-hap though, despite the drooling :) xx
Wonderfull capture and superb tints! Excellent!

Fantastic Kort ! So beautifully composed, genial really !
A seamless capture...where does one end and the other begin? Or is there an end at all? Marvelous! Simply marvelous.
"The only ill effects from his recent dunking seems to be a drooling problem..." LMAO!!! Guess he was under water just a bit too long, huh? Toooooo funny Kort...and a really great pic to go with it. I like how he almost looks like he's floating in the sky. Excellent done and thanx again for the laugh. -M :^D
Almost surreal. I had to look for the ripple....Outstanding comp!
Up periscope! What a lovely blending of the sky and water below, with stunning lighting effects! A fine job of subtle contrasting in this composition! And, yes, the goose is drooling.
A brilliant image!
A wondertful capture, Kort. So beautiful the sky and water. Thank you so much for smiles too. Happy night for you and yours. Diane.
