One of my latest pictures. Inspired (again) by the movie "Contact" and also the book by Carl Sagan (Great book a must-read for every sci-fi fan!).

Very beautiful terrain, is this a DEM ? Fine surface mapping too.
Thanks to both of you! Hillrunner, its not a DEM. Terrain is done in GeoControl and rendered in Terragen 09.43. :)
